My intent with this piece was not to plan it at all and to see what developed. I painted over parts numerous times and was very uncertain of many choices, but it is one of my favorites. I pictured this creature as a screaming being that flooded the viewer’s ears with a sweet cacophony of sound in the moments before losing consciousness and death. This being reveals the unbearable truth of the universe to the viewer, finally giving all the answers.
